About Me

I love developing computational models that can be used to interpret and quantify processes in the brain. I currently work as a Senior Lecturer at the Mechanical Engineering Department and the Zienkiewicz Institute for Modelling, Data and AI at Swansea University, UK.

Research Interests

My research focuses on the intersection of three main areas:

• Fluid flow networks and regulation
• Vascular mechanobiology
• Heat and mass transfer

My current research projects include:

• Quantification of the haemodynamic forces across cerebral microvascular networks
• Estimation of cerebrovascular stiffness and microvascular resistance in ageing humans
